CareView Advantage 2.0 Now Available

Enabled Care is pleased to announce the launch of CareView Advantage 2.0, our completely redesigned participant portal that delivers a more powerful, accessible, and user-friendly experience.
What’s New
Multi-Device Access For the first time, participants can access Advantage from desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices, giving you the flexibility to manage your plan whenever and wherever it’s convenient.
Enhanced Plan Visibility View your Funding Component and Funding Period information directly within the portal, providing better insight into your plan at a glance.
Improved Accessibility Advantage 2.0 now includes full screen reader support, ensuring all participants can navigate and use the portal with ease.
Expanded File Support Beyond PDFs, you can now view Word documents (.doc, .docx), Excel spreadsheets (.xls, .xlsx), and image files (JPEG/JPG) directly in the portal.
Invoice Approval Transparency See exactly who approved each invoice and when. Simply click on any invoice to view its complete approval history and timestamp.
Smarter Notifications Receive invoice approval notifications via push notification and email, with automatic reminders sent at 24 and 72 hours if action is still needed.
Family & Friends Access We can now create relationship records and invite trusted family members or friends to access participant information on your behalf.
Complete History Preserved All historical invoices and monthly statements remain accessible in the new version, and you’ll continue to receive email copies of statements as usual.
Getting Started with Advantage 2.0
Invitations have been sent to all participants. Simply follow the link in your invitation email to register and create your new login credentials.
Participants will continue to have access to the current version of Advantage until they complete their registration for 2.0. Both versions will run simultaneously during this transition period, so you can move over at your own pace.
Important: Due to the extensive redesign, new login credentials are required for Advantage 2.0. Your previous login details will not work with the new version. Follow the invitation link to set up your new account.
